What an amazing place ! Stayed last weekend with 3 friends for my birthday celebration 😊 The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds with luxurious bedding . The best towels I’ve ever used on my travels, huge and fluffy. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own charm . 3 bathrooms all with powerful showers and special aromatic toiletries A cute lounge with comfortable and spacious sofas . Wood fire which we didn’t need to use as we had such great weather. Used the heating late evening and found it very efficient and quickly heated the rooms. The patio with a large sofa and table overlooked with trees and a nice garden where we sat and had drinks was very peaceful and relaxing . Well stocked kitchen we found everything we needed. ( wine cooler a good addition!) Great pubs nearby to chose from with good food choices. Langham Hall is a huge estate and has such an interesting history too. Recommend you do the tour around the grounds with the lovely Charlie, both he and his wife Kate (the owners) were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning 😊

Cosgrove Cottage is very private, with a safe and secure garden for children and pets. The house was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary kitchen utensils etc…we had a wonderfully peaceful stay and loved the fact we could walk through the woods and estate, able to connect to a wider network of walks along the river and to various Pubs/Restaurants.

As a carriage driver it's really hard to find places to drive away from the roads, so to find Langham feels like a godsend. The tracks are great and varied, the routes well marked, the scenery fantastic and we even saw 4 woodpeckers take flight together. We will definitely be back!

My wife & I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Lovely cottage with everything you need. We particularly liked the hot tub. We had a lovely walk around the estate. We definitely recommend going to flatford mill.

We stayed in East Lodge for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect. Every detail had been thought about. The photos don’t do it justice it’s a magical little place. Lovely bottle of fizz on arrival and great walking routes around the estate.

Great cottage for which the photos don't do it justice. Its, clean, tidy, well fitted out, and with a beautiful log fire. The owners clearly take great care of the property and it's gardens. The staircase is a little steep, with a frayed rope handrail. It is accessible, but just needs a little care. However, there is a bedroom downstairs which is equally as lovely. The only improvement would be instructions on how to get into the estate for those that arent local. Overall an excellent cottage and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Our two nights at East Lodge last weekend were excellent. Extremely comfortable and clean - everything we needed for a relaxing weekend, with the best bit of all - a secluded, sheltered and well tended garden with hot tub. Perfect bliss.

Stayed in East Lodge for a weekend break. Lovely place to stay. All the home comforts you need and spotlessly clean. Hot tub and private garden is a nice touch and the estate grounds, horses and pub / restaurants nearby are all great to explore.

Had my first simulated game day here today, and what a amazing day. Steve and his team were top notch at making our experience so much fun. To sum it up Clay targets set in a beautiful estate. Excellent hospitality. Value for money was superb Amazing memories and fun we're made today. Will definitely be back.

A lovely warm welcome, fantastically organised. Well marked route, and the going was great, all ended on the gallops. My first ever fun ride, I loved it, and I will definitely be back. Oh, I near forgot, complimentary coffee, bacon rolls, and rocky road ❤️❤️

Absolutely beautiful place to visit with your horses. Gallop track is perfect, then the hacking is positively breath taking. Easily marked out with arrows and all in a setting that takes your breath away. Even my horse kept stopping to take in the scenery.

Hired the gallops and had a great time! Wasnt sure which entrance to use but Charlie was helpful in directing us. Farm entrance for anyone not sure. We had to reschedule our original booking and again, Charlie was great with this and honoured our payment booking which was very kind. Parking and finding the gallops was all very clear and well signposted. The gallops were a great surface for the horses who had a great time!
